At the heart of Mirror is a simple belief: there is no single route to building an artist.
ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
Artist development is at the core of what we do.
We recognise that development looks different for every artist. Someone at the beginning of their journey may be discovering their sound, identity and direction, while an established artist may be repositioning, developing new material or reaching new audiences and markets.
We take time to understand where an artist is now and where they want to go. From there, we build an approach around their music, identity, ambitions, audience and stage of career.
That can include songwriting, vocal and performance development, production, visual identity, content, release planning, audience development and wider career strategy.
Meaningful development takes more than visibility. It takes clarity, consistency, strategy and the right people around the artist.
OUR APPROACH
We work collaboratively, looking at what makes each artist distinctive and how that can translate into a sustainable creative direction.
We think beyond individual releases, considering the artist's wider body of work, positioning, audience, opportunities and how their creative identity can develop across different spaces and markets.
Our role isn't to take away an artist's identity. It's to provide the experience, perspective, structure and creative network that can help strengthen it.

Jasmine
Artist, songwriter and creative leader with expertise in strategic planning, business development, artist management and operations. Jasmine leads Mirror’s creative and commercial direction, combining artistic vision with strategic leadership to develop talent, build sustainable opportunities and shape the company’s long-term growth.
Head of Visuals & Production
David
Visual creative, music producer and filmmaker working across music production, film, photography and content creation. David leads Mirror’s visual and creative production, helping artists shape their sound, translate their music and identity into compelling visuals, and bring their artistic vision to life through distinctive, purposeful creative work.
HR & Executive Support
Sharmina
Sharmina supports Mirror across HR, recruitment and day-to-day administration, while providing executive support to the Managing Director. She helps coordinate the team, artists and operational processes that keep the company organised and running smoothly as it continues to grow.
