The era of exploitation is coming to an end, and we are closing the door. Telling musicians to post more or simply “be authentic” ignores the fact that artistry and marketing demand different skills. Having project-managed the hugely successful The Spirituals Choir and For The Culture Collective, Jasmine's ability to take musical ideas from concept to completion was solidified. Both called for the judgement to secure opportunities, negotiate contracts and keep the work accountable, while her marketing role at Sony BMG proved she knows how to protect creative ambition without losing commercial discipline. Decisive where it counts she creates the conditions in which artists and projects can thrive.

Directing companies and building businesses from the ground up gave him a firm grasp on how to use structure and decision-making for success. Working in events, marketing, and media taught him to turn passion into a product. He knows the vulnerability, and discipline, and discernment involved in making music that lands.
